      It actually worked–the weight of his body shut off access to the seed but it didn't stop him from chewing in the bars!

    They really are, although they kind of cute, too. My aunt hangs Slinkies (Slinkys?) around the neck of her bird feeders to keep the squirrels off. It seems to work.
