This Lilium ‘Quintessence’ and Musa sikkimensis welcomes you to the back garden, a happy accidental combo.

These bananas are planted in a raised metal ring and I’ve been wrapping them each winter, so they’ve gotten nice and big.

Someday, fingers crossed, those trachys will pass the bananas in height.
